Most of my tree decorations were hers, a dated collection that started with her and my Dad's first Christmas together, 1944. I'm thinking about doing something entirely different with the tree next year I've been so sad of late...and she's been gone 21 years now! It seems silly at 55 to be missing one's mother, but there's nothing for it I guess. I understand exactly why the music made you cry. Hope it's a little better this year (I'm reading up from the bottom, so haven't got there yet!)Shelleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10239488936038510294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2498719763759636773.post-82125374438337001872010-12-10T15:58:56.125+01:002010-12-10T15:58:56.125+01:00I wish your were here too sister, your tree is alw...I wish your were here too sister, your tree is always the best!Heather Robinsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01316279029849503437noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2498719763759636773.post-64854081794502864982010-12-10T13:01:35.311+01:002010-12-10T13:01:35.311+01:00"Thy leaves are so unchanging". Dad wou..."Thy leaves are so unchanging". Dad would love your tall, scrawny tree, and would LOVE your blog! Yes, I'll avoid Luch and my Willie Nelson Christmas album, but tears are ok. Wish I was there to help decorate!! I am in spirit!robinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04238181152648216554noreply@blogger.com
